i take some every night and get a good, deep 7 - 8 hours of sleep. melatonin is a hormone that our bodies produce but as we age we produce less. it's also a powerful antioxidant.

melatonin is the enzyme in the brain that makes one sleepy, by taking melatonin it helps make us go to sleep but it is not a sleeping pill so it won't knock you out

Yes, it works very well. I only take a tablet occassionally, when I want to "reset" by biological clock. I find they are less effective for causing me to drop off to sleep earlier if I take them relatively frequently. They are best for getting quality sleep (really relaxing, restful sleep).

For me, it works greatly. But, I have heard that some people are saying that it is not working for them. I guess it depends on individuals. Try it.

Yes it works but don't over do it, can cause death if there is to much in the systom!
