Try the following sequence:

Supta baddhakonasana (reclined bound angle)
Supta virasana (reclined hero pose)
Adhomukha svanasana (downward facing dog)
Uttanasana (standing forward bend)
Ardha chandrasana (half moon)
Salamba sirsasana (supported headstand)
Ustrasana (camel pose)
Salamba sarvagasana (supported shoulderstand)
Adhomukha virasana (downward facing hero)
Halasana (plow pose)
Viparita karani (legs up the wall pose)
Savasana (corpse pose)

Do the final relaxation (savasana/ corpse pose) for at least 15-20 minutes. Studies have shown that doing this lowers one's blood pressure.

Unless you are an intermediate or advanced student, please do not attempt difficult poses such as headstand and shoulderstand without the supervision of a qualified yoga instructor. Use props such as blocks, chairs and bolsters to help you come into the postures with more ease.

According to Iyengar's Light on Yoga, ujjayi and nadi sodhana pranayama are recommended with no retention or strain. The only pose he recommends is savasana. He also suggests meditiation.

The Yoga Journal website may have further suggestions. They offer a very good searchable data base of asanas with lots of information on the benefits and ill effects of different poses.

Namaste!
