I want to know what the phrase "Promise myself..." would be in Hebrew and also need the text lay out of this phrase.

I don't know what you mean by "translated with text," but if all you want is a place for "free on line translations, from English to Hebrew," and if you need only one phrase, then try the 1-800-Translate site (see below). It says that it limits you to one freebie a day per language pair. When I entered your phrase, it gave me the following translation:
הבטח לעצמי

I don't know enough Hebrew, or enough about your context, to tell you if that's right for you. Although it appears to me to be in the ballpark, it could still be far enough off to be inappropriate for your needs.

For unlimited searches, I find the Morfix translation dictionary (see below) to be a wonderful resource. Type in the text box near the top of the page, and then press the Enter key. They provide the Hebrew complete with vowels.

However, I see that you've already received the Morfix suggestion in reply to your other question ("Any body really know Hebrew?"), to which people who know Hebrew also replied with offers to give you a personal translation. Those personal offers are definitely your best bet. I also support the suggestion by mgctouch, that you contact a local synagogue, and I'll add that if there's a school in your area with Hebrew classes, a teacher there might be willing to help.

Another great source of unlimited translations of individual words is Answers.com, which has a Translations section on each dictionary page, and also has a specific Translations site (see below).

For more common phrases, a Web search for Hebrew phrases is a good supplement to looking for Hebrew translation, but many such sites will give only English transliterations of Hebrew, rather than actual Hebrew (examples below).

Now, there is one other online resource that I know of, which isn't likely to appear in the above Web searches, because it isn't a translation service, but it does have many phrases translated: It lists the names of a few thousand Hebrew song-and-dance titles in transliterated Hebrew and their English meanings. While it doesn't include the phrase that you need now, it might be of use to you or others in the future. This is the Israeli Dances.com Database Search shown below.

If you think that you will need multiple translations over the course of time, go to http://www.babylon.com/ and purchase thier language translator. They say that they translate English to Hebrew. Other than that, I could not find a single free online translator translating English to Hebrew (or vice Versa).

There is another option for you. Look in your yellow pages under JEWISH TEMPLE or JEWISH SYNAGOGUE and call during the day on a weekday. Ask them if they can fax it to you or if you can stop by to pick the translation up.

All the best to you!
