Say hi and tell her straight away why you want to talk to her!! Its sounds bizarre but people (not just girls) like to know if they are attaractive, funny or even if you just want to find out where they purchased their clothes from.
You only live once, if you like someone then make the effort and chat to them, what have you got to loose?
