I'm going on August'06. I need help about cheap and convenience hotel (near to shopping complex) to stay and easy to find seafood restaurant around. Thanks in advance.

Bangkok is kind of a sprawling city with several central districts.. shopping is everywhere - and in all price ranges.. Pick a hotel near the skytrain.. would be my best advice - - not sure of your price range - and ask at the hotel for a nearby seafood restaurant.. there are many.. but I would choose the hotel first.. Also, getting around Bkk by taxi is very reasonable.. but you can get stuck in traffic, so, don't be in a hurry - relax and enjoy, that is Thai style..

I would recommend The Asia Hotel Bangkok

1. Pratumwan Princess, is located at MBK center. MBK center food court provides international foods, it maybe included seafood.
2. First House Hotel, is located in Pratunam (There are some mall like Central World, Big C ect around) which is a great seafood restaurant around. It's budget one as well.

Novotel on Siam Square, the center of shopping area, best malls in Bangkok.
2 min walk to the sky train station.
Excellent Break feat, such a variety! the rooms are big and very spacious.
It depends on what u consider cheap after all, check the rates, if u can afford them, it is the best choice.
