there are no dull or bright tissues in a living being. all tissues do their allotted chemical work. certain conditions like diseases may dullen them and medication can help bring them back to their original active state.

Yes, definitely. I took some on a date once. There was absolutely no conversation. All it wanted to do was just sit there. It wouldn't even dance. I will never go on a blind date again with living tissue.
