I don't think its fair to the children. They need a role model not a friend.

Parents should be friendly to the kid .They can act young but it should not hurt the child,

parents are allowed to have fun too, but they need to act like the adults that they are so their kids have role models. you dont want your kids to act like 16 year olds their whole life, and you shouldnt either
