How did he get a bachelor's degree from Yale, and a M.B.A. from Harvard. He learned to speak fluently two languages english and spanish. He was certified to fly a fighter jet. He's run multiple profitable businesses in the oil business and a sports team. He was elected to numerous public offices including governor of the second largest state Texas and the Presidency twice. His family is loaded with highly intelligent people so genetically it's highly likely he would be the same. To top it all off democrats say he "tricked" them into a war with Iraq. I've never been tricked by a dumb person. Are the people saying Bush is dumb just sore losermen?

This is in response to the "reich man" Bush sold his business for a profit. My facts are not inaccurate and that is a typical liberal hit and run attack on my credibility. You can just say anything and a certain percentage of haters will believe you. Your dishonesty is shameful.

The floodgate to lake idiot must have opened up. Please don't answer the question unless you can give a factual and intelligent rebuttal.

Bush had "B" average at Harvard and a "C" average at Yale. Your dispute is based on fake and misleading information. Dumb people don't even get accepted to Harvard's M.B.A. program. Certainly if they did they would flunk out.

To the chick that compares Bush to Hitler and claim Hitler was smart. Hitler couldn't get into art school and was thrown out of the military for being a psychotic. Another important note Iraq doesn't have as much oil as Kuwait. If the US wanted to invade countries for oil we could just invade Kuwait like Saddam did. Iraq was pretty well armed and this is obviously a war to achieve regime change and establishment of a middle east democracy.

He is not dumb, he just cannot articulate himself very well.

He is, however, a poor President. And for people who are against him, calling him "stupid" is generally how they express that fact. It is a bad point for debate and should not be used in political discussions.

Excuse me but wasn't Hitler a smart person too? Check your history and you will find that both Hitler and Bush have a lot in common. It's not just the democrats who are "ticked" at Bush for getting the U.S.A. involved in the war with Iraq, there again you should check your facts more closely too.
Also there's a very thin line between dumb and being stupid which is what you call someone who deliberately starts a war just to steal another countries oil and to go against the U.N..
Yeah, stupid fits much better then dumb.
His grades where not earned like you might think they were, remember that when you have a great deal of money you can buy grades as well as votes too and that goes for his dad as well. As for his family being so smart, check out what his brother is doing for the people in Florida and then tell us how smart the family really is.
You can defend Bush all you want but don't try to fool any one with the crap you have put in your question. I don't believe fools either.

He did not run those businesses, unless you mean into the ground.
He failed in his business adventures, except when he was part owner of the Texas Rangers. He did not run that business, he was merely a stakeholder with a family name.
The Texas Rangers became a profitable adventure when the Texas public was forced to buy the Rangers a stadium, by the government. So, as far as the Texan Rangers business goes, Bush was suckling off the teat of the taxpayer, not a free market business.

He was a C student at Harvard. (Even his money couldn't buy him a better grade than that.)

You don't have to be smart to be elected to public office. You only have to have money and a good con. ( The Bush family has plenty of both)

Bush didn't trick anyone into a war, the smart people that run the show did that.

Bush is just the puppet.

Haven't you listened to him in a debate in which he didn't know the questons ahead of time? He does not come off as very bright, by my standards.

Yes, there definitely are smart people in his family, but he isn't one of them. (see the debate comment and note, again, the C average in college)

I'm not a sore loserman....so much as I am an astute observer of the apparent facts.

His daddy, G.W. Bush probably bribed his professors. How smart is a guy who says we're going on a "crusade" in the middle east?
He's NEVER run a profitable business. Where you get your information, Fox News?
He's never even held a job in his WHOLE LIFE beside elected office. But, oh yeah, he was a cheerleader at Yale.
The only thing you got right is that the Democrats were stupid not to see through his messianic mental disturbance.

No he is not dumb but he often appears foolish and uneducated. Sometimes I wonder if he properly prepares for his encounters with the press or were other recent Presidents able to pull off these appearances with ease because of their personalities. I know if you scrutinize everyone and every word they say you will find a few mistakes here and there. I don't agree with everything our President has done and is doing but I do believe he is in office at one of the most challenging time in modern history. At least he didn't pull a "Somalia". When things got tough we pulled out and the country is still in turmoil. Not everything can be solved with a few cruise missles sometimes you have to get your hands dirty in order to protect your country.

For those who really don't understand President Bush, check out the Art of War, by Sun Tzu. This is not a statement about being a war-monger, but a useful tool for understanding how wise and clever President Bush was in the defense of our country.

How did he get a bachelor's degree from Yale, and a M.B.A. from Harvard? the rich way, he bought it. 'He learned to speak fluently two languages english (doesnt really speak it well) and spanish', funny, he couldnt talk to fox without a translator. 'He was certified to fly a fighter jet', no, he was placed in the texas air national guard by his dad the congressman to escape the draft for viet nam. then went awol for 2 years. he wasnt flying the plane when he landed on the aircraft carrier (that had to be turned around because it was in the san diego port at the time so that it would look like it was out at sea). 'He's run multiple profitable businesses in the oil business', you mean arbusto? it failed miserably. spectrum 7 energy corporation (a bush owned dummy company stocked with saudi oil) sold inflated stocks on fake numbers then bailed making billions. then harken energy (owned by their sheik friends )bought spectrum 7 out & did the same thing. by the spring of 1987, harken was in need of cash. bush and his fellow harken officials met with jackson stephens, head of stephens, inc., an investment bank in little rock, arkansas (clinton was governor). stephens arranged for union bank of switzerland (UBS) to provide $250 million to bush’s company in return for a stock interest in harken. as part of the deal, sheikh abdullah bakhsh, a saudi real estate tycoon and financier, joined harken's board as a major investor. stephens, UBS, and bakhsh each had ties to the infamous, scandal-ridden bank of credit and commerce international. on june 22, 1990, george jr. sold two-thirds of his harken stock for a cool 200 percent profit. the move was well timed. one week after junior sold his stock, harken announced a $23.2 million loss in quarterly earnings and harken stock dropped sharply, losing 60 percent of its value over the next six months. august 2, 1990, Iraqi troops moved into Kuwait (after bush senior, through april glaspie, encouraged saddam to invade kuwait http://www.whatreallyhappened.com/ARTICLE5/april.html ) in 1990, bush sold his remaining stock options and left the oil business. then the texas rangers, http://www.wsws.org/articles/2002/aug2002/bush-a01.shtml , another scam that nearly destroyed the team. he held no other offices before gov (in 1986 and 1987, he worked on his father's presidential campaign as an adviser and speechwriter, moving to washington in 1987 to work full time on the campaign. in 1991 he worked as an adviser on his father's re-election campaign). In 1994 george w. bush defeated ann richards to become governor of texas. presidency, by questionable means. "tricked" them into a war with Iraq, that was the plaim/niger documents scandal. the war is to destabilize iraq (a threat to saudi oil profits) & keep iraqs oil off the open market.

I'd refer you to the book "The Peter Principle". As to speaking two languages, it is debatable that his English is fluent.

Personally, I don't think that he's dumb, just unscrupulous.
