I've always wonder where flies come from, after food is spoiled, it seems as if the flies came from the food itself, as if larve were hatched out of the food.... Are there eggs, larve in a lot of our foods...?

Flies do indeed come from maggots and maggots live in decaying flesh or anything moist. Maggots themselves are not bad critters, they are often used in hospitals to remove dead flesh from woulds which allows the body to heal better and not scar so much.
The reason flies are considered dirty is that they vomit on food (taking meat in your case) and stamp it in, the acid in the vomit makes the meat go mushy and they can then suck it up. Now thats not too bad until you think that the same fly can travel from dog dirt to cow pats, land on the rim of your glass... all with the same feet, thats why many people hate having flies around!

There can be eggs in your meat if you do not buy it from a decent source, people who sell cheap meat often do not store it correctly and this allows the flies to land, normally anything in the meat will be killed by the heat of cooking or your stomach acids but do you really want to take that chance?

Flies can lay there eggs in various places, but often choose meat as it will be decaying and it gives the larve a better survival rate.

The other people who answered your question are right.
Flies come from maggots.
The fly lands on the food, lays eggs which hatch into maggots and then baby flies come from the maggots.
Your question was interesting though as years ago people really DID think that dead meat produced maggot, they actually though it was the meat itself that produced the critters.
