Hi I am 16 yo. When I was 12 I had forskin from the until now when my penis is flassid my skin does not cover the head of my penis. Now I know I am not circumsized because from birth until 12years old i had forskin! what is wrong? (P.S the forskin was really itchy at 12 years old whenever i went swimming, then wen i stopped training, it wasnt, could the clorine of the water have anything todo with it?)

hey bro...there is a big chance that you were cicumcized when you were still an infant..maybe days after your birth..but you absolutely can't remember it... I think..you may be having an incomplete type of circumcission or the foreskin just grew for the past years (which is pretty common when done in infancy)....this may explain your confusion why the foreskin doesn't cover the head enough. But I'm pretty sure you already had that.

Same deal with me. As I matured, my penis naturally gained length and took up the slack. You won't mind a bit in a couple of years and neither will your lovers.

It probably has more to do with just your body's growth as you entered puberty. Not all parts of the body will necessarily grow proportionally. I'd suggest asking your family doctor.
