depends if it's someone u r in lust w/or in love with. With love, of course sex is important, but I find it's not nearly as important as the connection u may have in other ways (personality, sense of humor, etc.) So, if u love someone, I'd say sex is probably a 6. With lust, sex is pretty important, I'd say. I'd rank it a 9.
