Does any1 know a very fast and easy calorie burner. It doesnt have to be that easy but i would prefer that it is(who wouldn't).

A FEW THINGS TO REMEMBER:
The correct way to burn fat and stay healthy is to burn more calories than you consume
You need to make sure you are eating healthy foods while still excercising
If you have a big appetite drink plenty of water so that you will feel full but not consume calories
But you should always eat
If you start to skip meals you will only be more hungry at your next meal and probably eat way too much
Remember, the average persons stomach is as big as a slice of pizza scrunched up into a ball
So you shouldnt be putting more food into your stomach than what fits
Also, it takes aproximately 15-20 minutes for your brain to realize that you are full
so eat slower and you will realize sooner when you are not hungry anymore

How to get Started:Decide how much you want to loose and see how many calories a day it will take to make it happen by year's end.Then, work into your routines however many of these eating tweaks and exercises you need to achieve your goal.

Grapefruit Diet
The Promise:

In 2 1/2 months you should lose 52 pounds. I'm not sure if this promise is accurate, and I haven't tried this diet, it seems a little odd though, but who knows, maybe just read this one and laugh at it.

The Rules:

You must drink eight 8oz. glasses of water daily (64 oz. total per day).
At any meal you may eat until you are full.
You must eat the minimum listed at each meal. (yep, this diet list the minimum you should eat).
You cannot eliminate anything from the diet. Especially the bacon at breakfast and the salads. You must eat the bacon and salads. These combinations of food burn the fat, omitting one part of the combination will cause the whole thing not to work.
The grapefruit or fruit juice is important because it acts as a catalyst that starts the burning process. Don't add or reduce the amount of grapefruit or juice.
Cut down on coffee, it affects the insulin balance that hinders the burning process. Try to limit to 1 cup at meal time.
Don't eat between meals. If you eat the suggested foods you will not get hungry.
You can fry food in butter and use butter generously on vegetables.
Do not eat desserts, breads, and white vegetables or sweet potatoes.
You may double or triple helpings of meat, salad or vegetables.
Eat until you are stuffed. The more you eat the more weight you will lose.
Stay on the diet 12 days, then stop the diet for 2 days and repeat.
Diet Plan:

Breakfast:
Either 1/2 grapefruit OR 8 oz. juice (unsweetened)
2 eggs any style
2 slices of bacon
Lunch:
Either 1/2 grapefruit OR 8 oz. juice (unsweetened)
Salad with any dressing
Meat any style and any amount.
Dinner:
Either 1/2 grapefruit OR 8 oz. juice (unsweetened)
Salad with any dressing OR a red or green vegetable cooked in butter or spices.
Meat or even Fish any style cooked any way.
Coffee or Tea (1 cup)
Bedtime Snack:
8oz. glass of tomato juice or 8 oz cup of skim milk.

A friend of mine lost 10 kgs in one month by following the diet I'm writing right now and going to aerobic classes daily. If you wanna lose weight, I advice you to attend aerobics instead of fitness cause fitness just makes ur muscles get bigger but you won't lose any kilo. This diet is 7 days diet, but you can repeat it again and again until you lose enough weight. Once you have the shape you want, sweets, bread, greasy food (everything cooked in oil) should be out of reach for you, cause otherwise you will put all the kilos you lost back.
1st day is salads day. You can eat any kind of salad (cabbage, tomatoes, cucumbers etc) with little bit of oil.
2dnd day is yoggurt day. Try eating diet yoggurts with 1% fat or so, keep away from fruits yogurts.
3rd day is potatoes day. Eat them boiled or cooked on grill, never fries.
4th day is rice day. Cook the rice boiled only with very less salt, nothing else.
5th day is fruits. You can eat any fruits, execpt bananas, pears and grapes.
6th day is again salad day.
7th day you can choose the menu of one of the days mentioned above. Don't mix the menu of one day with the meny of the other. Good luck. It's a bit hard, especially the first two days, but later on it's easy to follow, once your stomach gets used with so less food and just one type of food for an entire day.

Lets see vacumming shopping and swimming are among the highest to burn calories. Laughing for 10 minutes straight is good too. Also any sport or walking 3 miles a day or 10,000 steps. Eating what u want will work if u exercise a lot. Eating the right portions helps too, dont over eat or under eat.

pick up a 5 or 10 pound weight at the gym and visualize that weight coming off holding the weight in your hands helps bring home just how heavy even 5 pounds of extra fat can be

Other people have already provided some good tips. Try Google too. And don't forget to drink plenty of water and reach or an apple rather than a Snickers when you are hungry!
