The size of the area of a person's brain being used.

In most instances size does matter. For example in Nanotechnology the size of a Nanobot does matter for the placement of object and in the Anatomy of a human being it matters according to the health of an individual. As for common thought no one really knows the size of the idea but yet it matters whether or not the action is small or large.
