my dog attacked my kitten and is little head is swollen does any one know what to do can't go to vet?

my dog bite my kitten in the head and put a cut under his eye and his tail right at the end of it has some kind of fluid coming out of it and now 3 hours later his whole head is all swollen and he is very unresponsive what should I do can't go to the vet and I love him so much can anyone out there give me some suggestions thank you
