Here are the best words that could be said from your mouth...
“DEAR GOD, I have sinned against You by breaking Your Commandments. Despite the conscience You gave me, I have looked with lust and therefore committed adultery in my heart. I have lied, stolen, failed to love You, failed to love my neighbor as myself, and failed to keep the Sabbath holy. I have been covetous, harbored hatred in my heart and therefore been guilty of murder in Your sight. I have used Your holy name in vain, have made a god to suit myself, and because of the nature of my sin, I have dishonored my parents. If I stood before You in Your burning holiness on Judgment Day, if every secret sin I have committed and every idle word I have spoken came out as evidence of my crimes against You, I would be utterly guilty, and justly deserve hell. I am unspeakably thankful that Jesus took my place by suffering and dying on the cross. He was bruised for my iniquities. He paid my fine so that I could leave the courtroom. He revealed how much You love me. I believe that He then rose from the dead (according to the Scriptures). I now confess and forsake my sin and yield myself to Him to be my Lord and Savior. I will no longer live for myself. I present my body, soul, and spirit to You as a living sacrifice, to serve You in the furtherance of Your Kingdom. I will read Your Word daily and obey what I read. It is solely because of Calvary’s cross that I will live forever. I am eternally Yours. In Jesus’ name I pray. Amen.”

first things first - take a breath..... i can see you're really upset and maybe thinking a little wildly, however justified it may be.
the biggest threat to religion, and used by the wrong people in the name of religion, is vengeance and darkness. the things you are asking about are not things to be played with. if you don't know enough about wicca to know how the system operates, don't go playing around with the system. the system is full of Light and darkness, these things work because of physics and these things themselves, and if you go playing around not knowing what you're doing or understanding the consequences, it will not go well.
what goes around comes around. Law of physics. Law of the universe. Law of God. All the religions stress this.
Perhaps consider something that instead of spells "against" this preacher, it is more along the lines of Enlightenment, for the preacher, your parents - you. this can be achieved by study, and action by you.
you don't say why the preacher says you're sinning - is it because you're reading about wicca? - and God knows there are good and bad preachers - but this is an important part you left out.
i started out catholic, studied Judaism heavily in my 20's - then all the religions, and started studying kabbalah 17 years ago. i've been lucky enough to be able to now confer/study/share with some of the worlds top kabbalists, which may surprise you include many, many top scientists and mathematicians. it took probably 10-15 years for anybody close to me to understand that i was still a Christian - in fact, with deeper knowledge by study that not only confirmed my Faith but answered many of my questions and opened up many more doors.
i only tell you this because know that you are you, and people have good intentions for you - especially your parents - but sometimes if you are interested in stuff they don't understand - well, it can get a little crazy.
we're all here to teach each other, so you can teach them and they can teach you and that's the beauty of it.
if you are studying other religions (you didn't say specifically which denomination yours is), it's great to also either go to church (if they read out of the Bible), or study the Bible yourself. if you read the Book - and were able to talk to them about what you read with your parents, it would make them happy - probably blow their minds - plus - if you keep reading it, i guarantee that you will know more than them very quickly as i've noticed through my journeys in all the religions that everyone has a very strong opinion about their religion - but if you ask them for documentation (or chapter/verse) to back up what they say... they don't know.
The most important thing for you is to Know.
Look at this as a positive - by dealing with this Right you will teach them - and in the process (it's natural) you will learn.
The Universe sees. God Sees. God notices.
May YHVH Bless You, with Wisdom, Understanding, Love and Peace!

First, I would not suggest you use wicca to get back at anyone.
Wiccan rede "Do as ye will, yet harm none". Yes, wicca has the 3 fold thing also.
And usually for any spell to work, well it would take practice.
Better yet, be honest! And if anything get a spell that works to make your preacher understand and become a better person,
less judge mental. Use it for the good!!!

To my knowledge, it is not good form to use Wicca to hurt people. It doesn't seem like a very mature way to deal with the situation, anyway. Ever heard of the three times three rule?
You need to sit down and have an intelligent conversation with your parents, and they need to understand that the preacher needs to stay out of family business.

"If" the preacher is really doing that, I don't blame you for not wanting to attend his services. People shouldn't be made to go to a church. The church should be doing more so that people want to attend. Who wants to go somewhere where the only message is we are all wicked and sinners who need to repent. In God's eyes, we are already forgiven by His Grace. It's only a matter of accepting and believing that. Too many preachers and churches are into what they want, not necessarily what God wants. It's not as complicated as man tends to make it.
But don't turn to nonsense such as Wicca to resolve your problem. Don't get turned off by one persons narrow minded approach to religion.

I greatly doubt that your preacher is turning your parents against you. It sounds more like he is worried about your mortal soul.
If you are not really sinning, then ignore what he says about that.
Let the man do his job, saving souls. That's no reason to use voo-doo or witch magic on him. Sit down and write 10 reasons you don't want to go to church, and then 10 reasons why you should. If you are religious at all, your don't want to go should give you more trouble than your want to go.
I'd be afraid anyway to cast some hex on him, God may backfire it on you. Bloody hell!

Ignore them. Karma will ensure he 'gets' his. Spend your time talking and being with those that understand WIcca is a good earth-based religion for anyone. Don't waste your precious time with those with their thoughts still in the dark ages.

You are dabbling in evil, in the end you will be the one burned.
I pray for your parents have a child like you must be heart breaking.
I'm sure you preacher is protected from anything you can try to throw at him if he's a believer.

Wiccans do not practice magick to harm anyone; using the beliefs of your own religion, by using the spell you are looking for, you'd be doing yourself more damage than anyone.
Just tell him to back off and explain to your parents that you follow your own path.
