im trying too so i hope this helps
fish , bananas , radishes , horseradishe, all these help flush the fat out of your cell they will send you to the bathroom but thats because they are moving the fat out , and if you can take the taste drink a glass of vinegar water from a health food store or you can drink saurkraute its stronger , apples you can have fruit salad, a cup of pasta with no sauce or 1/4 of a cup .white rice , popcorn, leanquisen, veggie burgers , soy products , yogurt, celery melons basically fruits and vegetables and if you eat the food slowly (so eat when ur not busy or watchin tv or reading) ull get full chew completely also watch ur calories adn make sure the food you buy is high in dietery fiber its much needed dont try to lose 10lbs in a week dont do low carb or low protein dietes or you will gain it all back once you lose it carbs keep u strong and also happy and proteins enrich u but dont eat less than 1800 calories a day or your body will store the fat and you will start to lose muscle mass and water which is weight remember you dont want to lose weight you want to lose fat if so diet exercise and water if that doesnt work you might need to clean your colon cause if that area is blocked you wont get the full afect of the exercising so if you dont reagulerly go 2-3 times clean your colon so the dietin an exercise will work casue you dont want it all to be in vein
i hope you get to the size you want good luck its hard but when you look in the mirror and luv what u see you will know it was worth it

Get plenty of protein and complex carbs/ fruits/veggies in small meals every 2-3 hours. Diets tend not to work because people don't eat enough and get hungry on them, and then your body is just gonna rebel with natural hunger/cravings. Mix up some full fat cottage cheese w/some thawed frozen blueberries or microwave one of those soy protein burgers (Boca or VeggieBurger) and put it in a whole wheat tortilla. More expensive to buy frozen but it makes it so much easier. Or grill up some chicken/steak, etc. for the week and keep it ready to go. Just don't starve or do the all meat thing. And let yourself have treats once in a while.

A study performed by the USDA found that women who doubled their fiber intake from 12 to 24 grams per day absorbed 90 fewer calories. This equals losing 10 lbs. over the course of a year. Fiber keeps you full, thereby decreasing the total amount of calories consumed per day.
Fiber is extremely important to health and weight loss. So much so, the U.S. Food & Nutrition Board has set the first recommended daily intakes: men up to age 50 need 38 grams of fiber per day and women need 25 grams per day. To reach these recommendations, a minimum of 6 servings of fruits and veggies and 3 servings of whole grains are needed daily.
So where can you find fiber? Here is a list of foods that will help you reach the daily fiber intake recommendations:
Onions (1/3 cup = 1 gram)
Broccoli (1/2 cup = 2 grams)
Oranges (1 orange = 3 grams)
Flaxseed (1 tbsp. = 1 gram) ~ sprinkle on cereal or in yogurt
Asian pears (1 pear = 4 grams)
Almond butter (2 tbsp. = 2 grams)
Hot chocolate (1 cup = 3 grams)
Rye bread (1 slice = 2 grams)
Beans (1/2 cup = 6 grams)
Oregano (1 tsp. = 1 gram)
Basil (1 tsp. = 1 gram)
Light popcorn (1 bag = 8 grams)
Chickpeas (1/2 cup = 6 grams)
Frozen chopped spinach (1/2 cup = 2 grams)
Whole wheat pasta (1 cup = 5 grams)
Other foods high in fiber include: oat bran, oatmeal, flour or whole wheat tortillas, mushrooms, sesame-seed buns, low-sodium V8, sweet potatoes, wild rice, cauliflower, carrots, nuts, and berries.

Chicken, turkey, fish, any vegetable, nuts.
If you want bread or pasta, go for the whole wheat kinds.
Salads don't actually have that many nutrients. If you do have a salad, make sure it is with the darker lettuces and greens, not iceberg. Spinach salads can be good.

try just cutting down on carbs, like bread, potatoes, pastas etc. You can still eat all the meat that you like, but you need to also watch your sugar intake. remember that there are lots of sugars in fruits too! Tofu is a good substitute for protein too.

fruits and vegetables, oatmeal, try eating shredded wheat (a cereal) with bananas that's pretty good. Non-buttered popcorn is also a healthy tasty snack.

WATER WATER WATER....DRINK WATER AND STAY AWAY FROM HIGH FAT FOODS. CONCENTRATE ON WHOLE GRAIN BREADS, VEGETABLES, CHICKEN AND TURKEY. YOU CAN NEVER EAT SALAD AND STILL LOSE WEIGHT, THE MOST IMPORTANT THING IS TO EXPEND MORE CALORIES THAN YOU EAT, THAT IS HOW YOU LOSE WEIGHT SO I SUGGEST YOU EXERCISE AND WATCH YOUR CALORIE INTAKE.
