any one can help me !to correct my message?

This should be all one question:

Can anyone help me by correcting my message?

(It would perhaps be better to use "would" anyone correct me rather than can...although since a fair number of the replies above are not correct, "can" does seem appropriate. "Can" means "to be able to", and can also be used for requests, whereas "would" is a more polite way of requesting help.)

"Help me to correct my message"--it should just be "help me correct my message"--says that you've done some correcting already and need help to get it perfect. I think the correcting itself, though, is what would help.

First the spelling: "from" not "form"
"does" not "dose"
"grammar" not "gammer"
"spelling" not "spilling"

You can't say just "from country"--it would have to be "from a country". Also countries themselves don't speak.

I would write:

I am from a country where English is not spoken.

That should be one whole sentence.

Then:

Please help me and correct the grammar and spelling of this message.

I am from a country which does not speak English. Please help me & correct the spelling and grammer in this message.

You have changed subjects you use a fullstop not a comma. Your spelling is reasonable. Keep your eye on [Form and from] and [does and dose] these are very common mistakes.
