Kahlúa® Chocolate Cake
3 eggs, separated
¾ cup granulated sugar
¼ cup butter
1 cup light brown sugar, packed
2 ¼ cups all-purpose flour
½ cup unsweetened cocoa powder
1 ½ teaspoon, baking soda
¾ cup strong cold coffee
¾ cup Kahlúa®
Kahlúa® Frosting
Grease & flour two 9 inch cake pans.
Preheat oven to 350† F.
Beat egg whites until frothy; then beat in sugar until stiff peaks form. Set aside. Cream butter and brown sugar until fluffy. Beat in egg yolks, one at a time. Sift flour, cocoa, baking soda together. Add to creamed mixture alternately with coffee and Kahlúa®: blend well. Fold egg whites into batter. Pour into prepared pans.
Bake 30-35 minutes, or until done. Cool 10 minutes. Invert on wire rack; remove pans. Cool before frosting. Serves 10-12
Kahlúa® Frosting:
In large bowl, cream 6 tablespoons. butter and 1 pound sifted powdered sugar. Add 3 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder, 3 tablespoons Kahlúa® and 2-3 tablespoons hot coffee; beat until smooth.

Kahlúa® Brownies
½ cup butter
3 ounces unsweetened baking chocolate
1 ½ cup sugar
3 eggs
1 ½ cup all purpose flour
½ teaspoon baking powder
½ teaspoon salt
1/3 cup Kahlúa®
Heat oven to 350ƒ F (180ƒ C)
Grease an 8 X 8 inch cake pan.
Mix together the flour, baking powder, and salt, and set aside.
In a saucepan over low heat, melt the butter and chocolate, stirring frequently until smooth.
Remove the saucepan from heat, and let cool.
Beat eggs and sugar until light. Mix in cooled chocolate mixture and Kahlúa® flour mixture. Spread in the cake pan and bake for 40 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the middle comes out clean.
Cool slightly, then brush the top with about 1-2 tablespoons of Kahlúa®.
Cut into squares.

Quick n Easy Chocolate Cake
1 cup brown sugar
â cup cocoa
2 cups water
1 (18-1/2 oz.) DevilТs food cake mix
1 (10-1/2 oz.) bag miniature marshmallows
Mix together brown sugar, cocoa, and water in bowl. Pour into greased and floured 9 x 13-inch pan.
Prepare cake mix as directed on package. Set aside.
Scatter marshmallows over brown sugar mixture. This forms a sauce for the cake. Spoon cake mix evenly over the marshmallows.
Bake at 350 degrees for 45-50 minutes. Turn up-side-down and top with whip cream.

Chocolate Caramel Cake
=================
1/2 cup butter
1-1/4 cups firmly packed brown sugar
1 tsp. pure vanilla extract
2 eggs
3 ounces unsweetened chocolate, Squares, melted
2 cups sifted cake flour
1-1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1 cup milk
Caramel Frosting
Cake Batter:
Butter two 8-inch layer cake pans and dust with cocoa. Cream butter with brown sugar until light and fluffy. Add vanilla ex. Add eggs one at a time, beating after each addition. Then mix in the chocolate. Sift together flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt. Add alternately with milk, beginning and ending with dry ingredients.
Pour into pans. Bake at 350, for 30 minutes.
Cool for 10 minutes, remove from pans and when cold. Spread with Caramel frosting.
Caramel Frosting:
2 cups brown sugar, firmly packed
1/2 cup heavy cream
1/2 cup butter
1 tsp. pure vanilla extract
Stir the sugar, cream, and butter over low heat until sugar is dissolved. Cook without stirring to a soft ball stage (I use a cup of cold water and put a drop of frosting in the cup, if it becomes a soft ball it's done) or use a candy thermometer, it should read 238° F.
Remove from heat and cool to lukewarm. Add vanilla ex and beat until proper consistency to spread.

This cake is surprisingly moist without being too rich or heavy and it is very easy to make. Enjoy!
1 German chocolate cake mix
1 can sweetened condensed milk
1 jar caramel ice cream topping
1 container Cool Whip
2/3 cup coconut
1/2 cup pecan pieces
Bake cake mix as directed.
Remove from oven.
Using a fork, poke holes all over top of cake.
pour sweetened condensed milk over cake, spread evenly.
pour carmel topping over cake, spread evenly.
refrigerate until completely cooled.
spread cool whip over top of cake.
combine coconut and pecan pieces.
Sprinkle evenly over top.
A simple to make, great tasting brownie.
1 cup sugar
1/2 cup butter
4 eggs
1 can Hershey's syrup
1 cup flour
1 cup nuts (optional)
For the icing
1 1/3 cups sugar
6 tablespoons butter
6 tablespoons milk
1/2 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
Mix sugar, butter, eggs, syrup and flour until well blended.
Add nuts.
Pour batter into an 8x13 baking pan.
Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
For Icing: In a medium saucepan combine sugar, butter and milk.
Bring to a boil and cook for 3 minutes.
Remove from heat and stir in chocolate chips.
Continue stirring icing until it is of spreading consistency.
Spread on warm brownies.
