Depends on what you want. Look for these features
Turns (T for short): The lower the number, the faster your vehicle can go, at the sacrifice of motor life. Your motor's turns MUST match or be higher than the number of turn capacity your ESC. Any lower will void its warranty and possibly stop it from working! If you want to race in ROAR events, you need a 27T motor for stock racing.
Winds: The more winds, the higher your top speed, but the lower your acceleration
Bearing Vs. Bushing: Bushing motors are cheaper, but bearing motors run smoother with less friction
Brushed vs. Brushless
Brushed motors are way cheaper, but break easier, are heavier, and require some maintenence. Brushless motors are virtually maintenence free and last really long, but they cost a fortune!
I use a Team Orion Formula SV2 15T bushing motor in my truck, and it' a solid motor.
