I have a brand new Samsung DVD/VCR player, still in the plastic, sitting here that I never used. I'll sell it to you for $50. I even take PayPal. Send me a message about it...I honestly don't need it and if you want to save a few bucks, you can get it.

The combo players suck anyway, either get a dvd player or just buy both of them for cheaper. Dvd players go for 25 dollars and you can get a vcr for about a dollar plus shipping on ebay so just do that and keep it inexpensive.

Yes it's a very good one, it does a good job playing both DVD and VCR. I have owned one for more then 5 months, and it's still like new.

Umm... get a job like everyone else who wants to buy something. It's only $70. If you're young, why don't you do some chores around the house. Barter with your parents. Tell them it's something you really want and are willing to work for it.

NO!!! philips/magnavox are the worst brands on the market today...if you want cheap, get a sanyo...they're actually one of the most reliable companies. As for money....ask another family member...tell them how important it is to you...or, just put it on lay-a-way...
