I think 3, the grand mother, her daughter and her grand daughter. Although the grand mother is the daughter of her mom, but since her mom is absent here, she won't be referred as daughter.

It should only be two: all grandmas are moms and all moms are daughters.
So for example, my mother and I are all those people; she is 1 grandma, 1 mom and 1 daughter, and I am 1 mom and 1 daughter.
