Sorry to tell you, but if your sister is single, she isn't doing the wrong thing. HE IS though. She probably feels that he might really LOVE her.
Dignity and respect..I hope you aren't telling your sister that she doesnt have these things simply because she is dating a married man. You need to let your sister know that many many people fall for someone who is married, but that ultimately, that married peson who is fooling aroung has many issues and is very screwed up. LOVE for the person they are fooling around with is just not a true feeling these people have. Let your sister know that she is going to get very badly hurt in this relationship.

When did your sisters sex life become any of your concern?
Do you ask her if who you sleep with is OK?
If you want your sister to have some dignity and self respect, modeling it, by minding your own business would go a long way.

Try introducing your sister to his wife.
Your sister isn't going to stop seeing this man until she is forced to, by either him or his wife.

it might be hard to get through to her,as she probably is in love with him-the sad thing is that he probably isnt in love with her,and will go running back to his wife when he tires of her.--then he will go looking for another one.your sister will just have to learn the hard way

You can't force her to do anything. You might make it uncomfortable for him by showing up when they are together, and asking him when he's getting a divorce.

EXPLAIN HER THAT IT'S NOT GOOD, IT'S UNNATURAL, AND SEND HER TO SOME OTHER PLACE WITH YOUR CLOSE RELATIVE.
