Well, If you really starved yourself , like didn't eat anything, but just drank water, you probably lost some muscle mass, so your body fat percentage, and waste line, may not have decreased as much as they should have. Or, maybe they did, I can't be sure unless I saw the before and after pictures and measurements. your weight and height is within the optimum, but you really shouldn't go by height and weight, this has been found to be not a reliable way to measure your fitness or your looks. It's all about your muscle tone. Don't weigh yourself. just pinch the back of your thighs and your triceps. If they are tight, then you are a hottie.

Weight is an individual thing. So there isn't really a 'normal' weight. There is an estimated normal weight range, though. I think you should check with your doctor. Like I was conserened about my weight, so I asked my doctor about it during a check up. My doctor had this chart which shows what my weight should be (the charts are made just for the patient). According to the chart I weighed less then I should've weighed, even though I weighed like.. 126 lbs. So it is mostly individual.
I know it sounds annoying when everybody tells you to go talk to your doctor bla bla blaa, but doctors are really helpful and they can give you VERY useful information.

Also, if you exercise, and eat healthy, then you should be the right weight. If you do starve yourself, then again, talk to your doctor. He/she can explain what can happen to your body if you do that.

STAY HEALTHY

You are a bit too thin. I wouldn't worry about it. Just make sure not to lose any weight. You could gain 5 pounds and you would definitely still look thin. My sis is 5'7 looked very thin at 120, still looks thin now weighing more than that.

If you come from a family that all has very slim bodies, it might be normal for you. My aunt was very thin , even in her 40s. It was just her body type, and her doc thought it was okay. If your doc says your weight is okay, don't worry.

Actually 115 according to your height is the perfect weight. IF you are 5'6 you should be between 115 to 125

contained in the record of replies on your question, someone revealed a link to an internet site (I overlook what it really is said as) that shows your perfect weight in correspondence on your height/weight/age. I went onto this web site to envision out my personal perfect weight, yet then remembered about your question, so I regarded up your pal's "perfect" weight. It replaced into 117. So truly, your pal can not be considered fat as she is somewhat less than the wanted weight. yet, splendor is in straightforward words contained in the interest of the beholder (as tacky because it sounds, i understand...) , and as she is the beholder thus, then she needs to guage no matter if she truly thinks she is fat or not. For genuine. It relies upon on what you be conscious as fat. there is the whiny 'i'm FAAAAT" fat, the position you poke and prod on the little bits of extra luggage you've, and there is the BMI weight problems fat. the position you're actual fat. So tell her that she is merely not fat, that she is doing tremendous and he or she would not pick to lose any extra weight. holding that, i understand that i actually would pick to lose extra, all and diverse does. So attempt exercising or weight-reduction plan mutually, it truly works wonders on your motivation ^___^

My mom always says aim for a health wieght. don't try to be too thin. 115 is a little thin. If you want to be healthy try eating a little more "Good" Fats like olive, olive oil, avacados, and almonds. while eating thse foods try doing some wieght training. that way you are gining muscle mass as opposed to just fat. Remember muscle wieghts more then fat.

I hate that BMI chart. I'm 6'1 and i weigh 150 lbs. The BMI chart says that I am perfect but I am really skinny. The BMI chart doesn't take into account how much fat and muscle you have.
