Sure, God is with humor. The moment he created Eve, he watched her asleep, laying on the soft grass and said "Woah-man!!!" and hence: the name "woman" was born!

He made men their way; women their OWN way. Oh, he didn't stop there, either. Oh noooooo. He made men and women of different sizes, shapes, races....etc. And he put them all on the classy pretty blue planet called Earth and said: "Y'all get along now; I'll be watching".

God is either the universe's greatest sociologist or the most clever prankster: jury's still out on that one.

And you thought the Platypus was all screwed up??????

Yes, I believe he does, but most of what we read about him in scriptures is serious, so it doesn't come out. He rejoices when His children are obedient, and that implies that he can feel happy. Consider that Jesus said he did the things he saw His Father do. There's a time when Jesus was criticizing the scribes and Pharisees and referred to them as 'Blind leading the blind.' He summed it up by saying that if the blind lead the blind, both shall fall into the ditch. Jesus taught by parables, sermons, and in various ways. I think he also tried to teach this time with a mild joke. Sometimes humor can get the point across.

Finally, i've been waiting forever for someone to ask that, i've been wondering myself. I came to the conclusion that He has a sense of humor, though He does know when to put it on and when not to. I mean think about it, part of divine design is......believe it or not......toilet paper, why do you think He would make it where it could go either way around the tube but only some of us like it over and the rest like it under. Word to Da Father PEACE!!

What a question. Just look around you and think of the inventive ways people hide what they really mean and how they really feel. The platypus? What about the giraffe? And penises? I would say YES, YES, and again YES. Surely He intends us to live life lightly. So give yourself a kiss ... you are wonderful!

Provided there is a God, and I think to be reasonable those who believe have to agree He is at least incompetent or just doesn't give a **** ... IF there is a god then I would say yes, he definitely has a sense of humor.

C'mon, just look at George Bush. He looks like a monkey.

Yes he has a sense of humor. How else do you think he figures out how to answer some of the prayers he gets?

God..the creator of all the galaxies and of all the intangibles like love and wonder...surely he created something as humor. personally i find beauty in just pure laughter...because it bonds even two complete strangers.

for what God would create tickle spots? =) they serve absolutely no purpose at all, but to make us randomly burst out in unrestrained laughter. our God is an awesome God ;)
