I am looking for a serious relationship, and I met this really cute guy. But I feel like he is a player, but there is no evidence. Is there any clue to identify?

By what you just said, how could you be looking for a "serious" relationship if the first thing you say about him is he's "cute"?
Anyway.....The first three answers are wrong.
I mean, they're the typical OBVIOUS ways to tell if a guy is a player.. if he's an obvious "player" and is stupid enough to leave a trail. However, guys could jump from one girl to another without the notion of sex in the picture. Even though sexual, perhaps, in jest.. a player could still be one without pressuring you into anything at all. Some guys collect girls simply to have admirers.
How do you know? Typically they use condescending terms.. not insulting.. but still.. condescending.. pet-like names. Baby, sweetheart, honey, etc. Don't let a guy call you those until you've been dating him for quite some time.
He'll probably be fickle about a TON of things besides relationships. If he often doesn't finish what he starts, doesn't seem to have a direction in his life, can't decide the status between you two.. etc.
Being an ***-kisser. If he's constantly complimenting, being overly "sweet". If, after only once meeting someone.. they designate your name as "beautiful".. as in for "Hello, beautiful." He's probably a player/ says that to everyone.

If he's sincere about your relationship then you will see his sincerity. However, if he's decieving you, you will still see sincerity from him, as a front. There is no upfront and plain-sight way to tell if he's playing you or not. He'll be watching himself way too close to make mistakes that big. My advice is to trust your feelings instead of looking for clues. If at anytime you feel uncomfortable with anything he's doing or saying, pay attention. It's human nature for people to project their best selves, but clues to their real selves still manage to slip between the cracks of human imperfection. Sometimes these small windows reveal bad; however, sometimes they also reveal good. Don't worry, time will tell if he's a player or a keeper.

if all he cares about is hooking up... if he pressures you do to stuff you don't want to do. He should be open to your feelings. If he answers your calls and doesn't ignore you. Don't put up with this stupid mind games that guys play. You deserve better than someone trying to get you to chase them. if you want a real relationship both partners should be putting effort into it..and not chasing each other..

how he treats you or how he acts ! ! ! ! if he acts like hes trying to brain wash you and trying to get in your pants than hes just a player and if hes taking hes time and getting to know you more than he'll probably want a relationship but he has to to take his time like more than a month just to see what he wants from yoU !

Be confident and try to talk to him the way he talks. If he is calm talk calm. Be chill like him and just try to talk to him like he is an another human being. First try to become a friend of his, but without wasting a lot of time express your feelings towards him.
