I am going on vacation and need to look right. Do you think that 5-3 130 lb. is alrite?

2. It is dangerous to lose more than 2 pounds a week.

Hi, you sound like you are in good shape. Probably you just need toning exercises to firm up your muscles. I do not think there is any need for you to lose any more weight.

You will look right when you are healthy. So as long as you take good care of your health, you will always look right.

I am surprised you think you need to look "right" - as far as I can see you look fantastic already. If you are going to a beach resort for holiday, then maybe you can tone up your abs to look great in a swimsuit.

wake up early in the morning,by 5.00am and excise for 30min
take one glass of water with lemon&honey.
take dinner 2hrs before the bedtime

10 days youll die in 6 months maybe. it depends on your age but i think yuo should be 120.
