I like "On Thursday, we go home" about the colony on another planet, and what happens to them and their leader when a ship arrives to take them back to Earth.

My favorite is the one where a man goes to a monastery where the devil is in the basement. He changes into the devil more and more as he passes columns. It scared the hell out of me. Another is "How to serve man". It winds up being a cookbook.
