After exercise your blood pressure is raised and a shower, warm or cold could cause it to fluctuate to rapidly, which can cause cold chills. (nothing that dangerous, just unconfortable)
Remember the importance of a cool down after exercise, walk or stretch for 5-10 min after a workout, then shower.
