I don't know how tall u r but u sound pretty much in shape so u need a bit more than 1000, maybe 1400 or 1600..

sounds like too little to me, you'd probably be looking more towards 1500 for stabilisation . . if you eat too few calories, you mess with your "set point" and eventually you might gain weight on very few calories
