First off you need to learn better English especially how to spell it. You don't say where you're from. You should be able to find the nearest location to you in the yellow pages phone book.

I believe the Red Cross is strictly voluntary. :-) I am not sure if you are American or not, but their website is www.redcross.org You should look into it regardless. It is a great organization.
