We've met in school, and have know eachother for a short time. We've hung out once on a walk and on the same day at her house.
She's told me she's 'busy all week' twice in a row. She said she may be available for a certain day and would call; no call. She rarely answers her cell phone, but this may be do to her being to busy with her other friends.
Though, she may be just shy as her actions show. She's hesistant to talk, so I usually call or am the one to greet her when in public. When given a choice, she usally claims she 'doesn't know' or is 'not sure.' When she greets me, her face lights up, she never stops talking once we start chatting and we share the very same interests. Is she avoiding me becuase she senses that I'm interested in her?

I think she's avoiding you.....if she was shy, she'll at least answer the phone when you call or call you back if she was busy like she says.
I think for your sake, you should come out straight with her, and tell her you like her. If she goes with it, great for the two of you...if not. it think you should just find yourself someone who's gonna wanna be with u.
