Call the pound everyday, don't assume they'll call you if he shows up there. I heard of a family who lost their dog, he was licensed and micro-chipped and the pound still adopted him out - it took airing the story on the 6 o'clock news to make the adoptive family give him back. Don't let this happen to you - I hope you find Froggy.

That's so sad. Maybe there's an opening around ur house; did u check under the porch; under the front steps, etc.? Since he's partially paralyzed, how far could he go? How quickly could he move? I hope u find him soon.

you MUST go to all the local shelters in your area. if they picked him up sometimes they do not wait long before putting them down.
you should go there in person though and give them a pic. over the phone is not good.
post pics around the neighborhood and leave some food outside for him - he may come out.
post a pic at your local pet stores as well, and in the food store.

im so sorry to hear about your kitty. if you cant find her, someone im sure took her in thinking she was an abused or hurt animal. im sure someone is taking real good care of her. even if you dont find her, you can at least have the peace of mind that 9 chances out of 10, someone is taking care of her and loving your dear sweet kitty. hope that makes you feel better.

Awww. I'm so sorry to hear about your cat. If I lived in your area I would definately help you try to find your cat. I don't know what I would do if I lost my Gizmo. Let me know how it turns out. Best of Luck and Wishes!!!

if you have a picture, run off some copies right now with all of your contact info on it. (meet the person in a safe place who "says" they have your cat though). If you can offer some sort of reward. Give them to all your neighbors; post them anywhere you can, call whatever places you have there he could be taken to - all of them. Also call vets. Don't delay if you can!

Have you checked with the local animal shelters to see if anyone has turned him in? I would at least give them a call, it may save his life. Hope he gets home really soon!

Sorry about your loss, but I see soooo many cats run over by cars. It's odd how people think that letting them loose is good for them.
