I could have posted this question. I have the same build and same problem. :-P
You need to diet as if you want to lose weight in general, and then add a bunch of cardio to your life.
I've also tried cellulite-reduction creams (Lancome, Avon, etc.) but I can't say they work very well. Also, if you're fair-skinned and showing your belly in public, use some self-tanner first. (Flab looks flabbier when it's white.)
Maybe also try a detox/flush kind of thing, like the Lemonade detox diet? You have to give up solid food for 3-10 days though.

This may just be your opinion. Consult a physician first. High protein diets build muscle. Post a picture in a bikini. If the response is favorable it's just your self-confidence that needs work

First, you have to eat healthy! Yes, fruits, and veggies, and lean meats, and protiens. Then you have to get your body moving. Situps work the muscles, but not the fat. Do cardio if you want to loose extra fat.
