If I were to (I am a male) undress in my bedroom but the curtins were open and a woman while passing my house looks up and see's me knaked I am a flasher, if however It were the woman in the bedroom and I were passing I would be a peeping tom. So where do I stand (I know, away from the window lol) so that I'm with-in the law?

If someone sees you naked in your own house, you're not a flasher; an exhibitionist, maybe. Close your curtains.

You're a peeping tom if you specifically go to her window to see her, and hang around.

No, if the curtains were open then either a man or a woman getting undressed in the room is an exhibitionist. If you do that you are asking to get looked at so expect a reaction. A man doing this would probably get a more negative reaction knowing our society, if I am honest.

I agree with the first person who answered though, it is probably better to close the curtains!

You do have a point. However, if a woman is naked in front of an open window, I'd say she's an exhibitionist and wants you to see her. You're only peeping if you go right up to the window and look inside hoping to see something. Hope this clarifies things for you.

Naked bodies are not remotely offensive and people who think they are are phychologically damaged, most likely due to an oppressive upbringing. Just my humble opinion but there really are more important things to worry about.
I agree with your point about sexual inequality though. You also get women who will rub against you and 'cop a feel' when you don't want them to and think they're not doing anything wrong. That can be really unpleasent, yet it's only ever men who are seen as perverts.

I know, it must be tough being a bloke! But creepy blokes get treated worse then normal blokes, like there's a nasty yucky man at my work and if he were in that position then hell yeh I'd call the police, but however if it were a relatively attractive man with an honest sort of face I'd leave him to it. Complicated though.

You already took the best answer for yourself, and no one else really seems to be getting what you're asking.

You're not a flasher if you're in your own home.

Find a consenting of legal age partner, and play fun and games in the privacy of your own home or someplace rural.
