Yes it does, once brain cells are killed they cannot be replaced. Too much alcohol causes many health and social problems, for instance, psychosis, financial and relationship problems. Hve you ever stood back and looked at a drunk person - so un-sexy !
Keep to the recommended weekly limits and always have several alcohol free days. Life is so much better with a clear mind. Look after your brain - it's the best computer you'll ever have.
