How old are you? Because you seem naive. (Replace naive with dumb.)
Anyways.... by "Good woman" I can assume a multitude of things. I'll give reasons for the common forms though.
1. The Good Girl - She's left alone because she's too guilded by her "morals" to do anything exciting. A relationship with her would too soon become boring because she's just too "innocent" or for lack of a better word.. ignorant and naive. She needs to grow up and realize that the definitions of good or bad are relative. She doesn't have to be a sexual deviant, but she doesn't exactly have to go screaming around with her bible telling everyone to stop fornicating either. She's probably can't reason for her refusal to do things other than "You just can't do that! It's bad!" Which is nonsensical. Girls like these are idiots.
2. The one that is "Good" for you - As in.. the type that is often looked at as a primary example of what a person should be like, who functions and influences their partner in a beneficial way. She's usually inspiring and has figured out what she wants in life, and she's probably more than willing to motivate you as well. Why is she left alone? Simple. Although perfect friend material.. that's probably all she has going for her. Being someone's girlfriend is more than being their personal support system.
3. The hypothetical perfect woman - She's "good" in the sense that she's probably everyone's ideal.. at least a majority.. the good choice all around. Why is she left alone? She's probably TOO good for anyone who has taken the effort. Probably doesn't give a crap about anyone and isn't at there desperately seeking some male to make her happy. She's intimidating and seemingly disinterested.. and most guys don't have the confidence to approach women like that. The men that do are usually morons and are rejected.. thus, this woman always appears to be alone. It's not your place to judge, however. She's probably got many friends and likely suitors, she's just not obnoxious enough to flaunt it.

Mostly good woman is a good woman and she keeps a proper distance between her date according to the time and situation which the opposite person may not like it. This could be the reason why a good woman is left alone.

Her virtue suggests a future of boredom.
The racy girl carries herself like she has some kind of special charisma or firy spirit of whatever that will make her company more pleasurable.
Also, most people have in their mind some kind of an idea that there is a type of person that is responsible, reliable, etc. etc. etc. that they should pursue a relationship with, as opposed to another kind of person who is more colorful, alluring, charismatic, etc. etc., on the surface anyway, that tittilates their imagination.
The good girl doesn't overwhelm the imagination, and the bad girl creates the sense that you are getting some kind of forbidden fruit.
Of course you may just be getting rotten or venereally diseased fruit.
HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA!!!!!!

good in what sense . there r many aspects of human's personality . if u mean beauty then its not enough for a person to be beautiful to keep a relation . it all depends on one/'s nature . to be a good human being is more appreciative than to have just looks.
there r some qualities which are counted in a woman .........patience ,sacrifice, love forgiveness
i think all over the world the secret of satisfied women wether they are job oriented or family women is there attitude n manners not just beauty which fades in a few years

Because there are so many women out there that will do any and everything and the men want any and everything. There is nothing wrong with being a good girl. Wait for Mr. right! Good things come to those who wait.

They don't always.
Generally, when someone gets left alone, it's because she made a bad choice in the beginning.

What in the world is "the good woman"? I have known some good and some not-so-good women. But, I am the one defining "good." How do you define "the good woman"?

LALO, you're obnoxious. Extremely.
I don't know why. I guess it's just one of them unexplained things that this glorious world harbours. Much like the good dying young, and nice guys finishing last.
Hang in there.

i think that at the beggining we thing that we are left alone, but at the end i think we do find that someone for us, either that or you drove that special someone away and you didn't even notice that he was that someone for you because you expected someone better than them...
