You can fight OCD without medication. The obsession is what causes the compulsion, therefore there is something triggering your compulsion. If you're a chronic "checker", where you have to check the locks three times, the alarm clock three times, the stove three times, etc... take a step back and try to see what your trigger, or obsession, is first and find a more healthy, "normal" way to deal with it.

You really can't. Go see help. It's hard to see help but you will feel so much better. OCD will eat away at you and could make you depressed later on....its a very hard disease to live with. YOu are not alone either!

You probably won't be able to. Take the medicine. It'll make your life and everyone's around you easier. Why is it that all the people who could be helped by taking their medicine never want to take it? Don't they want to improve the quality of their lives, or do they prefer to be miserable and make everyone who has to deal with them miserable too?
