Is this narc you are referencing just some joe blow who snitches or a narc officer who you think is bad? First of all the narc has to have committed some crime. He can't be arrested for snitching. And the police don't go around and arrest people just because someone tells them to or snitches on them without corroborating first.

A "narc" is slang for a narcotics officer, a member of the police force. If you suspect something wrong with a member of the police and are afraid to go to them to "police themselves", you should go to a state or federal policing agency (county sheriff, or FBI or federal marshall).

if you are talking about an officer, then make a complaint to internal affairs. if you are talking about a person who told on you, they wont arrest them unless they did something illegal.

Cops don't bust their own. That goes to Internal Affairs. Don't you watch NYPD Blue?
