It depends what type of food you are talking about. VERY generally: Carbohydrates are essentially fuel, so they can char or burn. Proteins are made up of fragile acid complexes which generally break down into simpler molecules when heated. Fats, or lipids, most often maintain their basic chemical structure but may change from a solid to liquid state with heat. Not sure what you were looking for, but I hope this helps.

Retaining water during the summer is a good thing, just my opinion. Not judging though here are some foods that will help. Asperagus Cranberry Juice Any Alcoholic beverage. Lowering your sodium intake will also help greatly.

All I know is that when heat is applied to a steak. Several minutes pass and it is delicious, with seasonings and some sauce. One can't go wrong.

It will cook them! However, you should not drink hot beverages in disposable plastic cups as this does have a effect on tthe plastic which thereby affects the drink. Paper cups are preferble in this case.
