Im very curious to know this. being 14 myself am wondering how far do us girls go? Am i going to far? Or am i just prude? I know saving sex till marriage is the right thing and what im planing to do but, what are other girls doing?

Nothing...Maybe a kiss and maybe a little tongue depending on how long you've been dating this guy, but other than that, hopefully nothing else.
Nowadays even 14 year olds are getting the reputation of being whores because they go to far...At least you know to save it.

I am 18, and a lot of girls back when I was 14 were getting into that crap. I'm talking maybe 50%. In my opinion it's too young. My sister is 15, and she and her friends have all gotten into it. She regrets it though. They have been going as far as oral, touching and even full sex acts.
I didn't wait til marriage but I recently lost my virginity earlier this year I don't regret it because I absoultely love the guy. But that doesn't mean the first person you fall in love with will be THE ONE. So I think it's wonderful that you have great morals at your age. It's rare seeing that nowadays. Don't fall into pressure and stay true to yourself. Prude? Heck no.

I hope a 14 year is not going far at all. You're 14 and should be having fun, not sex. Saving sex until marriage is a great idea. Most women will advise you to wait and if they are telling you otherwise, I don't think they have your best interest at heart.

I'm 15 myself and I just recently got my first boyfriend, like a month ago. The farthest I have gone is holding his hand at the mall and even that took a while because he was nervous about "moving too fast" (which he wasn't).
The furthest I would go would be kissing, even though I know a few classmates that have gone further. But that just isn't for me.
I wouldn't really worry about what the other girls are doing. Just worry about what you want to do. It will make your life much less complected.

14-year-old girls shouldn't be dating at all. The most that should ever happen between two 14-year-olds is a hug and a peck on the lips.
Trust me, you DO NOT want to be some skanky old used-up whore. Some girls think it's an easy way to get attention, and they DO get a lot of attention from guys, but when they get older the guys that once used to be nice to them make fun of them and go after the purer, more respectable girls.

14 is way to young to go all the way. there are consequences emotionally and physically that you may have learned in health class, but they are not anything like what it looks and feel like when you are experiencing them. you are not a prude in any way for standing up for whatever your moral vaules for waht ever reason. If someone is calling you a prude for not going all the way, he does not respect you enough to be with you in that way anyhow. I can understand hormones will get in the way of all of this, and things, happen, but prepare yourself just in case they do. remember it is all probably 70% hormone 30% feelings.

That is great. You are being very responsible from my point of view by taking that decision. I'm very proud of you. You are being very prude. Think about it you are abstaining which means, you are saving yourself from pregnancy, STD's, hurt feelings if this guy just wants you as a one night stand. Besides, they say the BEST sex is with the one you love, so by doing this, your gonna get, ONLY the best lol.

Wow, at 14 I wasn't even worried about sex. I just knew that I wasn't ready for all the consequences. If you're not even old enough to get a job you're surely not old enough for sex. What if you got pregnant.. do you really want your mother raising your child? Its not her job. So save yourself! There's no rush, you have a long life ahead of you! Virginity is something you can never get back.

Who cares what the other girls are doing!! I waited until I was married before I lost my virginity and couldn't be happier with my decision!
I had friends in high school that started having sex at an early age - one is now married and sterile because of an STD that never got treated (and she didn't even have any symptoms). Respect your body and love yourself - keep your head in the books and out of guys' pants! You won't regret it!

Honey, I am not 14, but I was once. I can tell you from personal exp that I went too far for that age. I am 28, twice what you are and I can still remember what I did with guys back then. Too much Too soon. I regret having lowered my self to letting them get what they wanted. I lost my virginity at 15, it was horrible. I did it with a 28yr old so that no one in my school would hear rumors, I hated it. he was gross, I still regret it. I regret several of mine, most were really good looking but lookin back it was soooo cheap and they probably don't even remember my name, i don't remember theirs. I couldn't even tell you what 2 of them looks like, I didn't know them that well. I am just saying it is very personal to let someone get that close to you, I would n't do it until you are very sure they really like you for who you are and not your booty. I think a good rule of thumb is wait until you have been with someone for at least a yr. good luck with it
