it seems you didn't get the joke giggity, i think he's refering to the family guy show(a perverted guy says the same line lol in the show it's a funny moment), if you did get it... well i didn't say anything
My opinion is i think he's flirting, since he jokes, then laughs a bit, he's like... trying to get your approval with the jokes, seems like flirting... but if it happened once, maaybe hold onto the champagne for a bit, if this is everyday life... then yeah he's flirting
