I trained this new girl at my work, and lately, she's been holding onto my wrist when she talks to me, we'll be talking, then as she walks away she'll like rub herself against me...everytime i walk by she wants to talk, and today she hugged me for no real reason. whats going on?

If she is really doing all that, you need to talk with her and tell her to stop it. Remember you are in a WORK setting, and she is your trainee. You don't want to end up with harassment charges if someone else sees you and thinks that it is you doing or initiating the contact. Be careful, and perhaps say something to your HR person or boss, as it will not stop at this point and you could lose your job - it has happened. Nip it in the bud now.
