Why do men always look and a females' boobs and a** first?

I personally think it's unfair to stereotype that all men look at women's breast and buttocks first.
Most people when looking at other people look from top to bottom and left to right, just like they're reading a book. It's quite possible that you are merely noticing them eying these certain attributes because that is the phase in which they're processing who and what they're looking at, most of the times without being aware that they're being inappropriate.
Another possible answer is that maybe you're feeling insecure about yourself in that it just seems these are the things that men are looking at, for whatever reasons you may be insecure about them.
There are some cases in which when a man looks at these attributes, sometimes based on how a woman may dress, as a silent compliment or in the vice-verse, a curious understanding. When a woman dresses questionably, she should prepare to be gawked at accordingly. If this is not the case of the men you are noticing looking at the women's breast and buttocks, then one of many logical explanations could possibly explain it.

the first instinct of man has always been the procreation of the human race. Well endowed females in the T and A area are a good indication of a females suitability to be a mother

Wow, is it so bad that guys assess potential mates before they go out on a limb to interact with them? These features on a woman are attractive, why not enjoy their splendor? Those who get so uptight about the issue need to lighten up(maybe get laid?). Women should be flattered that they are so beautiful and are the objects of people's desires, few women feel sexy in our society today.

Gees people were wired to want sex and it's just stronger in some people than others. Its a natural thing for some men to do that. We are supposed to procreate.

unfortunately that is just how it works. I agree it is silly and all, but unfortunately you can't see personality, just the traits that are shallow. In the long run a great personalitiy will get you farther than great set of high beams and a nice trunk.

to big = freak that gets boob jobs
medium = good
to small: immature and in my experience r mean.

we only do that if they're hot. personally, I go for the eyes first. then the boobs and a$$ becomes part of the overall gestalt...
