Go to your local police department and give them your drivers license and ask them...No department can give that info out over the phone.
I work for Wisconsin so my info is correct.

Go to the Driver Bureau office and try to get a driver license say yours got lost

U can call the police and they will tell u all u need to know. What u scared to call them, because they might come and get ur a.s.s..
