Actually I have been in this situation many times. Had 3 somes with many married couples as well as a 3 some with myself & 2 other women. There is nothing gay about two men having sex with one female as long as there is no intentional contact between the two males. If it is intentional then you may have a problem there. The ground rules must be laid before the female is. Switching ends with eachother is so much fun. Done the right way she will love it & so will all involved.

I dont think it envelops the male fantasy, I mean, if you wanted a three way would you really want another girl? Think about it...there are two guys and one girl, who are they going to be all over? ITs a matter of servicing, do you see what I mean?
