depends on what type of sentence or phrase or such it was used in. it could mean established, it could mean estimated (estimate, estimating), it could also mean eastern standard time. for examples
Joe Smoe Company EST. 1999 the est in this stands for established. meaning this is when such and such was established
shipping cost est $25.25 the est in this stands for estamated (or estimate) meaning the cost for shipping is not exact it may go up it may go down
est. cost of repair 199.76 est in this again stands for estimated (or estimating) meaning that with out getting really involved or what type of parts you want the cost for the repair are being estimated at or they are estimating the cost of the repar at such and such a price. this to may go up it may go down in cost.
and finally
9:35 pm est. the est in this stands for eastern standard time, meaning that this is what the time is in the eastern time zone

Dreams are a way your brain processes your thoughts and experiences of the past day, dreams do not mean/predict anything. You probably have to do something march the 19th, a date, a job interview, a test, go to school, could be anything, not necessarily anything out of the ordinairy
