The chief purpose of man is to love another as we love ourselves and to spread the message of Gods love to all we meet. Treat people kindly and always be of service to others.

To worship the Lord thy God with all thy heart, all thy mind and all thy soul - and to love thy neighbor as thyself - which sums up in Go ye into all the world, spreading the gospel, baptizing and teaching, in the name of the Father, the Son, and the Holy Ghost.

If you have truly developed a relationship with Jesus Christ, this the above is but a daily part of who you are and what you do.

if you really wanna know man's purpose of life, i feel you should read the book "purpose driven life" by Rick Warren or "The Journey" by Josh Mcdowell. Those 2 books really helped me understand why i am sent on this earth!

This is what the creator of all mankind says,
What he designed us for,

Matthew 22:36-40
"Teacher, which is the greatest commandment in the Law?"

Jesus replied: " 'Love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your mind.'

This is the first and greatest commandment.

And the second is like it: 'Love your neighbor as yourself.'

All the Law and the Prophets hang on these two commandments."

Also the man's job is to love his wife like Jesus loves the church,

That means "Unconditional", laying down his life for her!

"Achievement of your happiness it the only moral purpose of your life, and that happiness, not pain or mindless self-indulgence, is the proof of your moral integrity, since it is the proof and the result of your loyalty to the achievement of your values"
- Ayn Rand

Rand's objectivism, in spite of her avowed atheism, is completely compatible with love of God. Her maxim is centered, not on temporal concerns, but with spiritual and moral achievements. Happiness comes only dei gratia.

why do you have to believe we have a purpose? why do u need a religion to tell u what ur purpose is? arent we after all supposed to have free will, to choose what we want to do with our lives? you dont need a god to tell u what your purpose is. unless u believe we are just puppets in a messed up play.

To Obey Gods rules and not abuse the laws he has set down on earth. Man is over woman but he is not to abuse his power over her. Man is over all things.
