Try a premium cat food, like Purina, which has little to no dye in it. Check the ingredients, and it'll say if it does have dye or not. While more expensive, these can certainly be worth it, not just for the lack of dyes, but also for the added nutrition. They can lead to silkier coats and better teeth.

You can also look into recipes for homemade food. It can be expensive, but it's really good for them. There are plenty of resources on the topic.

Try “Spa Select” cat food, made by Blue Buffalo. They sell it at PetSmart. It is all natural, no dyes or by-products. One of my cats has a very sensitive stomach, and she has no problems with this brand.
Purina and Iams are crap. Read the ingredients. Any cat food with animal by-products should not be fed to your cats.

Try Iams hairball control...they have adult and senior versions (I know the senior version is pink and is labeled Indoor Cat Hairball Care; I think the adult version is orange). I don't think Iams has any dyes in it.

try nutrience or natural choice, they are quite expensive but are one of the best kinds of cat food. you can find them at most pet stores. they also have many different choices for the different type of cat you have say if its old or fat or gets hair balls etc.
