Ignore the answer above, the answer is yes.
A sty, also called hordeolum, is a small abscess of the oil gland associated with an eyelash hair follicle. It typically contains Staphylococcus aureus bacteria, the cause of staph infections. So if the *** as you say was dirty or infected then it could easily cause this. Also from handling it you can inadvertently rub your eye transferring the bacteria. When a sty develops, a small area of the upper or lower eyelid or the corner of the eye becomes red, tender and swollen. Swelling subsides gradually over a period of days after the sty develops an opening, and the pus is able to drain out

Yes, though it is NOT common. Could be a real problem if he has Neiserria gonorrhea. Or staph or strep or chlamydia on his winkie. I believe that these would require direct contact with the offending infected winkie.
Pink eye can be very contagious and usually it is caused by Hemophilus. Most of the time a sty is pink eye.
Contact lens wearers also are prone to eye infections if the lenses are contaminated with bacteria.

No. It will just make it really red and sting because the ph is so different from the ph of your eye. A sty is usually caused by rubbing your eye, or, and I don't know if this is true, by stress.

If someone ***s in your eye you've got bigger problems than worring a bout a sty. STDs and bacterial infections come to mind. But it makes for a good photo op.
