Not if you have real dark tinted windows. Just Kidding. I would say yes because it is technically in public.

If you two are dumb enough to do it with NO tinted windows, then you should be heavily fined AND spend a year in jail. Evidently, the stupid out there are smart enough NOT to create public in-car humping "hotspots".
They're too busy either tackying up their car and cruising drive-ins than parking getting intimate publicly.

I suspect it is, but I'm not sure. People who do it in cars are often breaking other laws (like the ones against prostitution or indecent exposure), so I don't know if there is a law especially against doing it in a car in public.

Yes it is illegal. You can be charged with indecent exposure which is a sex crime and in some states you will have to tell everyone in your neighborhood that you are a sex criminal if you are convicted. I guess the hot spot would be prison if you get caught and are convicted.

Of course its illegal, but I'm sure you'd only get fined or leave with a, well unfinished situation and have to drive home like that. LOL

yes it is illegal you would get charged at least with indecent exposure i know there are other offenses but that is one that i know you will get charged with. so not worth it because there is a lot of problems that come ith having to say you were convicted of that

It is in Kentucky, even if you are married. You can be ticketed for indecent exposure or something similar.
